COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES

If you are a content uploader who has received a DMCA Notice and believe that your material was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice.

• Your name, address, telephone number, and physical or electronic signature.

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., any district where 911cg.net may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
